The location, despite being up the hill, overlooks Johannesburg, making it a unique setting. The dining experience was a culinary journey, though not consistent. The hotel facilities were well-equipped and up to standard.
Staying here was like a dream come true! The rooms were beautifully appointed with fresh linen and super clean. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing with views to die for. However, the layout of the hotel, with different blocks, could be a bit confusing as they were far from each other, especially the restaurant, spas, reception, and concierge.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were super comfortable and clean, reflecting the characteristic high standard of Four Seasons with impeccable housekeeping. The staff was friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist. The location was perfect, nestled in lush gardens overlooking Johannesburg, offering a serene environment away from the city's hustle. Although dining was a bit pricey with small portions, the overall experience was exceptional.
The hotel is located in a better residential area of the city and offers spacious and luxurious rooms with the characteristic high standard of Four Seasons. The service is beyond incredible, with a variety of amenities provided, although the presence of inappropriate activities near the hotel detracts from the overall ambiance. The dining experience could be better for a 'Four Seasons' establishment, and the location, though fantastic, doesn't fully meet the expected high-end service.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible! The rooms were amazing and the most luxurious room I have ever stayed in, with very well-furnished interiors and a very spacious bathroom. They were not only comfortable and clean but also very big and warm for the kids to enjoy.
